Principle 5.3 Preventing terrorists from directing or supporting operations against the United States, our citizens, allies, and partners overseas.

Principle 5.4 Invest, innovate and deploy emerging platforms and technologies.

Principle 5.5 Modernize our long-neglected nuclear infrastructure.
